Verta was born from a problem our founders lived firsthand — watching a family property in Hyderabad deteriorate while managing it remotely from abroad. Tenants who stopped paying, an agent who stopped responding, and a flat left in disrepair for two years.
That experience drove us to build the company we wished had existed. Verta was founded on a single principle: NRI property owners deserve the same level of care and transparency that owners living next door receive.
